Historic Kroh Farm which was originally part of the Kroh Paper Mill. A log smokehouse sits on the property and dates back to 1820 and is one of the few surviving original smokehouses left standing in Carroll County. The main home was built in 1880 for two families and original woodworking pieces were uncovered and restored to use amongst the property renovation. This unique property was recognized for its historic charm and featured on the Maryland House and Garden Pilgrimage Tour in 1995.
